FAQ: Accommodation and Tuition

Q: How could the incoming students find the accommodation?
A: Please download the Accommodation Reservation form from our website www.mmugm.ac.id fill and print it out. Send it either electronically or by post mail to Office of Student Housing.

Q: Is on-campus housing provided to all exchange students?
A: Yes. You can visit our website www.housing.mmugm.ac.id to see the facilities.

Q: When is the application deadline of housing reservation?
A: Two months (60 days) prior to the date of study begins.

Q: How do I know if my housing reservation is successful?
A: Upon receiving the application form for housing, we will notify you whether your reservation is successful or not.

Q: How should we install the housing payment?
A: After you confirm your reservation, six weeks prior to the check in date, you should send the deposit payment to: PROGRAM STUDI MMUGM WISMA MAHASISWA, BANK MANDIRI CABANG UGM NO. 137-0003214109 SWIFT CODE BEIIIDJA. Then fax the proof of payment to +62 274 557986 or e-mail it to  ike<at>mmugm.ac.id

Q: When should we complete the housing payment?
